How much time does this take?

What if I don't know any home pros yet?
Whether you’re starting from zero or already have a few trusted contacts, the system works either way. If you’re brand new, we give you invite templates, positioning tools, and step-by-step coaching to build your group from scratch. And if you already know a few remodelers, mortgage pros, or designers, we’ll start there and show you how to turn those existing relationships into steady referrals. In both cases, the system helps you grow quickly and predictably.
How soon will I see results?
Some Directors start seeing referrals within weeks of launching their chapter, but this isn’t an “overnight” play. It’s about building something that grows stronger every month you run it. Think farming: plant, water, nurture, then reap the harvest. This is about sustainable leverage, not quick-hit gimmicks.

And unlike cold leads, HEA isn’t something that disappears when the algorithm changes. With cold leads, every morning you start the grind all over again. A referral group is evergreen. Once built, it compounds month after month, paying dividends long after the ad spend is gone.

How many Realtors are in the program right now?
We’re just now opening this opportunity to Realtors, which means most markets are still wide open. The system itself is already battle-tested with other home service pros, and our first wave of early adopters have stepped in and locked down their markets early.

What happens if another Realtor in my market applies first?
Then the spot is gone. We only allow one Realtor per chapter, and in most markets that means one Realtor per town. In large metros (Los Angeles, New York, Denver, etc.) we may open multiple chapters, but each is still exclusive to a single Realtor. Once a chapter is claimed, it’s off the table.
Do you give me the tools to succeed?
